1. Acne facial with PDT Light Therapy
Acne facial incorporates the use of blue photo light therapy which kills pimple- causing bacteria. Blue Light treatment is FDA-approved for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The blue light works by killing pimple-causing bacteria (Propionibacterium acnes). Each session lasts for 60 minutes and recommended treatment course is 1 session every 2 weeks.
Skin Benefits Of Blue PDT Light Therapy
Blue light therapy has a wavelength of between 405nm to 420nm and is predominately used for its anti-bacterial benefits and therefore used in acne treatment.
Blue light at wavelength of 415nm is absorbed by a molecule called porphyrin. P.acne bacteria contain an abundant amounts of porphyrin. The absorption of blue light by porphyrin creates singlet oxygen (free radicals) which are released into the bacteria, killing the bacteria.
Blue light is also anti-inflammatory. However for best results blue light is used in combination with red light therapy, for its additional skin rejuvenation and wound healing benefits.

Peels allow topical acne medicationsto to be absorbed more efficiently into the skin and may also lighten acne marks. Choose from different peels - Azelaic acid peel, Mesoestetic Lactic acid, Mesoestetic Mandelic Acid, Neostrata Glycolic Peel
3. TCA CROSS Technique
TCA CROSS (Chemical Reconstruction of Skin Scars) procedure involves depositing small amounts of high concentration TCA (70–100%) onto the surface of the acne scar. This causes a mild inflammatory reaction resulting in the formation of new collagen fibres.
Most patients require 3 to 6 treatments with TCA CROSS for optimum improvement. Treatments may be repeated at 2 to 8 week intervals over 6 months and may be combined with other treatment modalities for best results.
Microneedling, also called as Collagen Induction Therapy, Dermapen or fractional micro needling, involves the use of an automated micro needling device which creates a micro-wound in the skin. As a body’s response to the controlled injury, the body produces collagen to fill up the micro-wound, and new blood vessels, to i improves blood circulation. This treatment is used for reducing scars (including hypertrophic scars) caused by acne, surgery or thermal burns, fading stretch marks, reducing fine lines and deep wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, & for tightening sagging skin. It is best for patients with thin, sensitive skin, and for those patients who are always exposed under the sun.
5. Fractional RF
Fractional RF is a non-invasive treatment for acne scars, open pores, wrinkles and stretch marks. It uses fractional energy to deliver heat energy deep into the subcutaneous region. Compared to other traditional lasers, most of the fractional rf energy targets the dermis, thus causing less side effects on the epidermis. The number of treatment sessions will depend on the severity of the scars, but you can already see noticeable results in just 1-2 sessions.
6. Acne Triple Therapy
Our Acne Triple Therapy combines the effectiveness of 3 procedures - Acne Facial with PDT Light, Acne Peel & Laser Peel, to combat the different causes of acne. Improvement can be seen after the 1st session, but for long-lasting effects, we advise between 6-10 session. This treatment can also lighten acne marks and minimize pores.

7. Laser Brightening Facial
Our laser brightening facial is proven to reduce skin oiliness even after the 1st session. Less oil in the skin means less chances of getting pimples. It also shrinks the pores and lightens acne marks.
8. Carbon Laser Peel
A carbon laser peel is a revolutionary treatment that is completely painless with minimal-to-zero downtime. It is highly beneficial for people with oily skin, blackheads, enlarged pores, dull skin, and acne on the face or body. It is also an excellent way to exfoliate and refresh your skin, providing an instant refreshed appearance and leaving skin feeling softer, smoother and firmer.
Benefits of carbon laser peel:
Carbon has the ability to absorb oil and contaminants from deep within the pores. When the laser is passed over the treatment area it targets and destroys the carbon particles, taking any absorbed material with it.
As the carbon is targeted by the laser, it blasts away dead skin cells, blackheads and effectively exfoliates the skin. The result is softer, radiant skin with reduced pore size and a more even skin tone.
Carbon peels also target the deep layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production, which in turn produces firmer, plumper skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and leaves skin feeling tighter and glowing.
Acne and Oil Destroying:
The heat produced by carbon peels has 2 additional benefits. It reduces the P.Acnes bacteria responsible for acne, allowing for better management of pimples and outbreaks, and it also shrinks sebaceous glands (oil producing glands), resulting in less oil production, and therefore reducing congestion building up in the pores. Treatments can be performed on any part of the body, including the back and chest.
As with all skin treatments, carbon peels should be supplemented by a good skin-care routine, and daily use of a high-spectrum sunscreen. Noticeable results can be experienced after a single treatment, but for maximum long-term results we recommend regular treatments.
9. PLATELET RICH PLASMA (PRP) Treatment (Vampire Facial)
PRP treatment or Vampire Facial is the hottest trend in acne scar treatment and skin rejuvenation. It was made popular by Kim Kardashian who underwent the treatment for skin rejuvenation. It involves extracting a small amount of blood from you, which is then spun down in a centrifuge to separate the plasma. This plasma now contains a higher than normal number of platelets and is called platelet rich plasma, or PRP.
Why Platelets Rejuvenate Skin
Platelets are the cells in the blood that help tissue to heal and grow new cells. The PRP, injected into specific areas of the skin, is like a fertilizer that promotes your own collagen to grow, regenerates tissue, and thus acts as to naturally smooth and tighten the skin. In this way, PRP softens wrinkles and creating smoother skin texture and tone.
10. MESOESTETIC ACNELAN INTENSIVE TREATMENT FOR ACNE
✔ Imported from Spain
✔ Unclogs pores, removes deep impurities, improves skin texture and lightens acne marks
✔ Also helps lessen skin oilyness
✔ Procedure is performed by our Board-Certified Dermatologist
ADVANTAGES OF ACNELAN
- 5-α reductase inhibition. This reduces levels of DHT, allowing better prevention and control of androgen excess.
- Unblocking of the pilosebaceous canal. This encourages keratolysis of abnormally thick stratum corneum and unblocks skin pores.
- Decrease in sebum production. This slows down the secretory activity of sebaceous glands.
- Control of bacterial proliferation. This inhibits the growth and reproduction of the strains making up the skin flora, which may infect blocked pilosebaceous canals.
- Less redness and epidermal swelling. This reduces and soothes the intensity of the inflammatory process of acne outbreaks.
- Lightening of post-acne hyperpigmentation. This improves the appearance of hyperpigmented areas of skin after an acne outbreak.
11. Combination Acne Scar Treatment Program

✔#FractionalRF - different from CO2 laser. This machine delivers thermal energy deep into the dermis, thus minimizing epidermal burn, swelling and prolonged redness
✔#Microneedling - best for patients who are always under the sun, to minimize pigmentation.
✔ #TCACROSS - we use 50%, 75% or 95% trichloroacetic acid peel. This treatment is best for big pores and icepick scars
✔ #Subcision - we use blunt cannula to safely tear the fibrous strands and release the scar. This technique minimizes swelling and bruising as compared to needle subcision
✔ #punchexcision - we use a punch instrument to surgically remove the scars. Best for very deep scars
✔ #chemicalpeel - treatment option that can be used alternately with fractional treatments
✔ #fillers - we use Restylane fillers to effectively lift the depressed scar tissue. Immediate results that can last for 6-12 months

12. PUNCH EXCISION for ICEPICK & DEEP BOXCAR SCARS
Punch excision is a minor surgical procedure wherein the scar is surgically removed using a medical grade "skin puncher". It's a painless procedure and results in permanent removal of the atrophic scar. It may result in a temporary linear or pigmented scar, which resolves in time. Usually, fractional rf is recommended after 2-4 weeks to further smoothen the skin.
💉 Treatment: Subcision
👩⚕️ Purpose: Subcision is a minor surgical procedure used for treating depressed cutaneous scars and wrinkles.
🔎 Procedure: Subcision is performed using a special needle or cannula inserted through a puncture in the skin surface. The sharp edge of the needle is used to break fibrotic strands that are tethering the scar to the underlying tissue. The release of the fibrotic strands and new collagen deposition caused by wound healing leads to cosmetic improvement of the scar.
🙋♀️ Patient selection: The decision to perform subcision will depend on the type, location, and severity of scarring; patient preference and expectations; and clinician experience and expectations.
Subcision may be used for the treatment of:
• Depressed distensile scars (due to acne, trauma, surgery )
• Depressed bound down scars (due to acne*, varicella(chickenpox), trauma, surgery )
• *excluding deep ice-pick scars
• Acne scars
❌Subcision may not be suitable in the following circumstances:
• Patients with a history of hypertrophic or keloid scars
• Current or recent (within 12 months) systemic oral retinoid (eg acitretin, isotretinoin)
• Bleeding or blood clotting disorders (coagulopathy)
• Active bacterial or viral infection
The risks and complications of subcision include:
1. Haematoma due to bleeding (a small haematoma is normal)
2. Pain/tenderness of treated site
3. Infection; this usually presents as localised acneform papule or pustule
4. Temporary post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(advise sun protection/avoidance)
5. Sub-optimal response or lack of improvement in scarring
6. Injury to nerve or blood vessel, which is most likely in mandibular, temporal and pre-auricular sites
