**Shipping Policy**
At Adraneda Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand the details of our delivery process.
Beauty products, medicines and supplements are best shipped via a same-day delivery courier (Grab/Lalamove) to ensure proper handling. We will not be held responsible for product mishandling by a 3rd party courier.
**Shipping Timeline:**
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via **Gogo Xpress** or Flash Express or LBC (Shipping rates may vary and adjusted accordingly).
- Please note that shipping times may be extended in the event of weather disturbances or other unforeseen circumstances. We also do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.
- To ensure faster delivery, please provide your complete address, including your barangay.
**Delivery & Re-shipping:**
- If the parcel cannot be delivered due to the recipient's unavailability, we will need to charge a re-shipping fee for the second attempt.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel at the provided address to avoid any delays.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Adraneda Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened medicines, food supplements and topical products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our 3rd party courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Adraneda Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
